It's not enough to make it work, it has to be felt. My path here hasn't been linear. It ran through music and art before software — and each one left something behind. That's why I don't just ask whether the logic holds, but how the whole thing feels to use.

Selected work Self-training CNN suite Full development lifecycle Software running on a dedicated server where multiple convolutional neural networks train in a feedback loop to power per-client document recognition. It builds one CNN model per client and retrains it every month on a mix of old and new data, tracking accuracy to know whether each model is actually improving and updating itself to the self verified new data.
AI Python Internal enterprise AI assistant Full development lifecycle A PWA backed by a custom API that orchestrates a set of autonomous agents running in n8n. Each query is routed automatically to the right strategy — a database lookup, a document search (RAG), or a direct model answer for simple questions — so the system only does the work each request actually needs.
Python n8n Qwen PWA RAG Hot-reload deploy & version control Full development lifecycle A Docker-based system that ships web apps to production straight from Git: commit to the main branch and the change goes live automatically, with no downtime. A companion PWA handles version control, one-click rollback and restarting the running services — onboarding a new app takes nothing more than its repository path and framework.
Python Docker CI/CD PWA Delivery operations PWA Full development lifecycle A driver-facing app for last-mile delivery: stop-by-stop dispatch, proof of delivery, and rich incident reporting with photos and voice notes transcribed to text on the fly. Built mobile-first and offline-tolerant so it keeps working out on the road, where connectivity can't be taken for granted.
PWA React Python Speech-to-text Route optimization engine Full development lifecycle A routing solver that pulls the day's expeditions straight from the database and plans the routes automatically, spreading the load across the available vehicles as efficiently as possible. It balances a wide set of real-world constraints at once — distances, capacity, time windows and more — to produce fast, sensible plans that hold up in practice rather than just on paper.
Python Optimization Algorithms Centralized email delivery API Full development lifecycle A single service that centralizes every outbound email across the company's apps, documented with Swagger so users can preview exactly how a message will render before anything is sent. Templates support conditional logic — colours, tables and richer formatting — driven straight from the request payload.
Python REST API OpenAPI / Swagger Shipment & label management app Full development lifecycle An internal tool — also opened up to the company's clients — that brings shipment dispatch into one place: register an expedition and generate its labels and consignment notes (waybills) in a couple of clicks, turning a manual, error-prone paperwork step into a reliable flow.
Python Web app PDF Company intranet & operations hub Full development lifecycle The company's home base: a single portal where staff reach every in-house app, the documents they need day to day, and the credentials for the office's shared tools — all in one place. Launching one of the in-house apps from here signs the user straight in, no extra login. Role-based access lets authorised users run HR and document management, plus broader actions like mass WhatsApp and email broadcasts to the whole workforce, company-wide announcements, and an audit trail of who did what — so operations stay both open and accountable.
Python Web app RBAC WhatsApp API Fleet tracking dashboard Full development lifecycle A live map view rolled out across the company's traffic control stations, giving the dispatch team the whole fleet at a glance: vehicle positions, cargo temperature, and each route's stops in order alongside real-time traffic incidents. When a driver needs reaching fast, dispatch can fire a notification straight to the Delivery operations PWA — closing the loop between the office and the road.
Web app Maps Real-time Push IT observability panel Full development lifecycle A single pane of glass for the IT team: usage analytics for the internal apps, live health and response times for every web service, database load with a heads-up on potentially expensive queries, and a fleet of managed devices — like the warehouse scanning PDAs — tracked down to their location. It also folds in the PRTG API to surface tidy, at-a-glance states for the wider systems and hardware behind the scenes.
